Pinktears Federation has objectives to Regulate, Control, Supervise and Formalize the Sports industry of India.

Pinktears Federation mission is to protect the Sports industry of India from any religious and political influence of any kind.

Pinktears Federation vision is to encourage people to participate in Sports and increase the participation of Women in Sports.

Pinktears Federation believes in Cooperation, Discipline and Ethics among Sports persons or Athletes.

Beneficiaries

Pinktears Federation programs and activities are intended to benefit Society in general and does not intend to benefit any caste, race and any community.

Governance

Pinktears Federation is separate and independent from any government and governs itself autonomously and its policies, activities, programs and objectives shall not be influenced or determined by any government, government official, political party and religious organization.

Pinktears Federation is the Non Government Organization incorporated and registered under Companies Act 2013 in India.
