Privacy Policy

Processing of Personal Data.

The Digital Personal Data/Privacy Policy of Pinktears Federation applies to the processing of digital Personal Data of Persons which is collected in digital form or in non digital form and digitized subsequently.

The Digital Personal Data/Privacy Policy of Pinktears Federation shall not apply to Personal Data which is made or caused to be made publicly available by Persons to whom such Personal Data relates.

Pinktears Federation may process the Personal Data of Employees to safeguard Pinktears Federation from loss or liability, such as corporate espionage, maintenance of confidentiality of trade secrets, intellectual property, classified information or provision of any service or benefit sought by Persons who are an employee.

Consent.

Pinktears Federation may process the Personal Data of Persons for any lawful purposes for which they had given their consent.

Pinktears Federation may process the Personal Data of Persons for the specified purpose for which the Persons had voluntarily provided their Personal Data to the Pinktears Federation and in respect of which Persons do not indicate to the Pinktears Federation that they do not consent to the use of their Personal Data.

The consent given by the Person shall be free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous with a clear affirmative action and shall signify an agreement to the processing of their personal data for specified purpose and be limited to such personal data as is necessary for such specified purpose.

Any part of consent which constitutes an infringement of the Digital Personal Data/ Privacy Policy of Pinktears Federation or any other law for the time being in force in India shall be invalid to the extend of such infringement.

Every request for consent under the Digital Personal Data/ Privacy Policy of Pinktears Federation shall be presented to the Persons in a clear and plain language in English and providing the contact details of a Data Protection Officer, where applicable, or of any other person authorized by Pinktears Federation to respond to any communication from the Person for the purpose of exercise of their rights under Digital Personal Data/ Privacy Policy of Pinktears Federation.

Withdrawal of Consent.

Persons who had given their consent to Pinktears Federation shall have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, with the ease of doing so being comparable to the ease with which such consent was given.

The consequences of the withdrawal shall be borne by the Persons.

Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the legality of processing of Personal Data by Pinktears Federation based on the consent before its withdrawal.

After receiving the request of withdrawal by the Persons Pinktears Federation shall within a reasonable time, cease and cause its Data Processors to cease processing the Personal Data of such Persons unless such processing of Personal Data is required without their consent or authorized under any laws for time being in force in India.

Data Retention.

Unless retention of Personal Data of Persons is required under any law in India, Pinktears Federation shall erase Personal Data upon the request of withdrawing of consent from Persons or as soon as the specified purpose is no longer being served.

Data Breach.

Pinktears Federation shall protect personal data in its possession or under its control, including any processing undertaken by it or on its behalf by a Data Processor, by taking reasonable security safeguards to prevent personal data breach.

In the event of Personal Data breach Pinktears Federation shall inform the Data Protection Board of India and each affected Persons. 

General Obligations of Pinktears Federation.

Pinktears Federation shall ensure the completeness, accuracy and consistency of the Personal Data, where processing such data is used to make decision by Pinktears Federation that will affect the Person.

Pinktears Federation shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure effective observation of data protection Laws in India.

Terms of use

This website of Pinktears Federation is maintained by Nikki 4 Web, Any misuse of this website or any of its components, logos, content, data, images or anything from this website is strictly prohibited and may lead to initiation of legal action and prosecution.

Though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the content on this website, nothing should be construed as a legally binding statement and/or used for any legal purposes.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. 

Refund Policy

Pinktears Federation shall not be liable to refund any amount of Donations, Grants or Contributed amount under any circumstances whether Anonymous Donations or Not.

Contribution Policy

Pinktears Federation only accept Anonymous Contribution, Donations and Grants, below 1,00,000 rupees

Pinktears Federation only issue 10BE Certificate to those person who filed the Contribution Form.

Pinktears Federation does not accept any type of Contributions from politically exposed person, political parties and religious organizations.

Presentation Phase

At Presentation Phase programs are prepared to introduce to the Board of Directors.

Voting Phase

At the Voting Phase programs are passed after votes at the Board Meeting of Pinktears Federation.

Initial Phase

Initial Phase determines the Name,  Objectives, Concerns, Beneficiaries, Partnerships.

Preparing Phase

Preparing Phase determines the Projects, Marketing, Budgeting, Sponsorships, Volunteers, Hiring

Execution Phase

Execution Phase determines the Management, Conferences, Events, Infrastructure
