80G ISSUED BY INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT OF INDIA.

Any Contribution, Donation, sums paid by any Persons to PINKTEARS FEDERATION shall be deducted** WHOLE or 100% in computing the total income of Persons by whom any tax is payable under Income Tax Act 1961 for taxation in India.

Persons can claim 100% deduction or exemption on Contributions, Donations or Grants to PINKTEARS FEDERATION by Income Tax Department with issued 10BE Certificates of PINKTEARS FEDERATION.

The last date to issue the 10BE Certificates to the Contributor or Donor is 31st May immediately following the end of the financial year in which the Donation was received.

PINKTEARS FEDERATION shall issue 10BE Certificates of received Contributions, Donations or Grants to 

• Companies,

• Firms, 

• Association of Persons, 

• Body of Individual, 

• Body Corporate, 

• Organization, 

• Any other Artificial Judicial Body, 

• Individuals, 

• Hindu Undivided Family, 

• Any other persons mentioned under Income Tax Act 1961.
